Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules in Procore for industrial construction and fabrication projects. Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, procurement, and subcontractors to track progress, identify critical paths, produce reports/dashboards, forecast manpower and materials, and improve scheduling processes.

Lead regional business development for propane, butane, and LNG systems across the Gulf Coast. Conduct market research, generate leads, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, perform site reviews, attend industry events, collaborate with engineering/project teams, produce quotes and reports, and maintain CRM records. Travel up to 50%.

Support manufacturing facility financial operations including month-end close, cost and inventory accounting, job costing, intercompany reconciliations, ERP implementation support, financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and process improvements to ensure GAAP compliance and operational profitability.

Support Power BI reporting and Microsoft Fabric data assets, validate data quality, assist automation and early AI pilots, perform Excel/SQL/Python analysis, document metrics and business rules, and collaborate with business teams across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management.
