Design and implement industrial control systems for biogas projects including PLC programming, I&C specifications, control narratives, UL panel drawings, HAZOP participation, commissioning, field troubleshooting, and cross-discipline coordination to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Create and maintain electrical control system schematics and smart symbols in AutoCAD Electrical. Produce and audit BOMs, manage As-Built documentation, and maintain file structures in Autodesk Vault. Convert product drawings, improve enclosure manufacturing details, and support ERP (Syspro) cross-referencing and procurement visibility. Produce high-volume design and content across multiple B2B industrial brands, including presentations, collateral, digital campaign assets, trade show graphics, and HubSpot-published content. Apply brand standards across brands, support technical content creation with subject-matter experts, manage multiple projects to deadline, and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and events.

Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules in Procore for industrial construction and fabrication projects. Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, procurement, and subcontractors to track progress, identify critical paths, produce reports/dashboards, forecast manpower and materials, and improve scheduling processes.

Lead evaluation and execution of acquisitions: financial modeling, valuation, diligence coordination, negotiation, and closing. Build acquisition pipeline, prepare investment memoranda, support post-acquisition integration, and develop standardized M&A processes. Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, HR, legal, and senior leadership to drive strategic growth and support Bridge Industries on potential investments.

Lead evaluation and execution of acquisitions including financial modeling, valuation, diligence, negotiation, structuring, and closing. Build and maintain a pipeline of targets, prepare investment memoranda for leadership and board, manage cross-functional diligence, and support post-acquisition integration and M&A process improvements. Collaborate with senior leaders, CFO, and owner to guide strategic capital allocation decisions.
