Oversees hardware, software, networks, websites, telecommunications, technology assets, and GPS and temperature-monitoring systems. Develops IT staff, policies, security controls, backup and disaster recovery plans, and supports technology needs across local facilities.

Maintain, program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC, HMI, and industrial control systems. Design and wire control panels, integrate equipment with IT systems, perform diagnostics and repairs, create documentation, support projects, train staff, and recommend automation improvements to reduce downtime and improve quality in a food manufacturing environment.
