Support accounts payable and general bookkeeping across company divisions: process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, maintain electronic and paper records, assist customers and location staff, operate scales/scale paperwork, support inventory counts and administrative projects, and perform daily office procedures using company systems and Microsoft Office.

Lead and train the ruminant sales team while building and growing profitable customer relationships. Analyze feedlot performance, develop cattle marketing and risk protection strategies, create sales and marketing plans, cross-sell agronomy/feed/grain/lumber, maintain customer databases, resolve complaints, and grow new accounts.

Develop and maintain producer relationships to grow grain procurement and market share. Provide market insights, manage grain contracts and settlements, support hedging and risk management, coordinate with merchandisers, operations, logistics, and accounting, and ensure efficient movement and grading of grain during peak seasons.
