Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, cash and liquidity management, tuition and financial aid administration, compliance and external audits, and oversee Business Office finance staff. Provide financial reporting, forecasts, donor reconciliation, policy development, and recommend cost efficiencies to support the Head of School and Board.

Manage and grow the school's annual giving program, execute fundraising strategy, build donor relationships, plan events, maintain donor database, provide analytics and advancement operations support.
