Manage and deepen relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, deliver comprehensive wealth management strategies (investments, estate, tax, risk), proactively develop new client relationships, collaborate with specialists, and contribute to team culture and business growth.

Lead the firm’s insurance sales across life, disability, LTC, annuities, and business insurance. Manage pipeline from prospecting to placement, partner with advisors to convert opportunities, run marketing and educational initiatives, build carrier and COI relationships, deliver sales support and training, and track production metrics.

Lead projects from initiation to delivery: define scope, build detailed plans, manage resources and risks, coordinate vendors, ensure quality, communicate status to stakeholders, document outcomes, and perform post-project reviews. Also oversee IT infrastructure hardware in partnership with third-party vendors.

Lead and scale firm operations by building processes, systems, and accountable teams; optimize CRM and reporting; support compliance and risk controls; improve client onboarding and operational efficiency while managing operations staff.

Drive growth by identifying and qualifying wealth management leads, scheduling advisor meetings, supporting prospect nurturing and campaigns, coordinating events, and reporting on sales performance to help convert prospects into clients.

Sell personal and commercial insurance using company-provided leads, develop referral networks, conduct consultative needs assessments, prepare tailored proposals, manage CRM documentation, meet production goals, and represent the agency at community events.
