Lead fund accounting and administration for private equity clients, oversee NAV preparation and review, manage a team, coordinate with banks/auditors/custodians, approve fees/waterfalls and investor allocations, ensure AML and regulatory compliance, support audits, improve processes and participate in system initiatives.

Supervise delivery of private equity fund administration: maintain books and records, prepare financial and investor reporting, review associate work, perform reconciliations, capital call/distribution and fee calculations, prepare NAV packages, and liaise with clients, auditors, banks and internal teams.

Support and improve financial statement processes, prepare and review financial statement pro formas and workings, ensure controls and compliance, manage stakeholder queries, train junior staff, and assist resource planning and client/audit relationships.

Lead and oversee global AML operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, manage client integration and escalations, drive team performance and development, support global initiatives and projects, and participate in AML framework and service reviews.

Lead business analysis and coordinate project workstreams for the CoreConnect Programme: gather requirements, map processes, define data, write functional specs and user stories, support solution design, testing (SITE2E/UAT), data migration, cutover and change management, and ensure operational readiness and documentation quality.

Lead front-end analysis for data and analytics initiatives: define solution intent, assess feasibility and data quality, perform SQL profiling and source-to-target mapping, document data definitions and business rules, identify risks, and support delivery, adoption, and reporting across business and technical stakeholders.

Provide full fund accounting services for private equity clients including NAV review and preparation, pricing, capital call/distribution and fee calculations, investor allocations, NAV packages, audit support, client communication, and ad hoc deliverables. Supervise and mentor team members and ensure compliance with fund documents and valuation policies.

Request and obtain AML documentation from investors, maintain AML records and trackers, screen and investigate sanctions/PEP/adverse media matches, liaise with investors, clients and internal teams, escalate complex queries, and prepare files for compliance review.

Own daily MDM operations, data ingestion and reconciliation; manage data requests and issue lifecycle; ensure data integrity, quality measurement, and controls; lead root cause remediation, embed data standards, support project delivery, and drive continuous improvement and reporting across data domains.

Manage client onboarding and integrations, coordinate Operations, Technology, and Product teams, resolve system-related issues, monitor onboarding metrics and risks, recommend process improvements, build stakeholder relationships, and provide team leadership and knowledge sharing.
