Responsibilities include incident resolution, platform administration, identity and endpoint management, security, backup and recovery, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, PowerShell automation, documentation, and technical mentorship. The role also contributes to cloud modernization, system migrations, and reliable multi-cloud operations for global teams.
