Provide day-to-day HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, benefits, performance management, compliance, HRIS recordkeeping, training, and audits to foster an inclusive workplace serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Manage and optimize the donor CRM to ensure accurate gift entry and donor records, enforce data standards, run reports and analyses to inform fundraising strategy, support the Development team, and maintain confidential donor information. Assist with imports/exports, track donor metrics, and support campaign reporting and acknowledgments.

Research, write, and manage grant proposals and reports; ensure compliance with funder requirements; manage grant portfolio and budgets; collaborate with leadership, finance, and program teams; steward funder relationships and monitor awarded grants.
