Generates and qualifies leads in retail locations, engages customers, schedules in-home flooring consultations, attends consultations, completes measurements, explains products and services, and manages CRM follow-up. The role builds customer relationships, collaborates with retail teams, evaluates lead quality, prioritizes outreach, and meets lead-generation and conversion targets. Weekend, evening, holiday work and travel to customer locations may be required.
