Oversee daily operations of a 21st CCLC afterschool program, supervise and support staff, review lesson plans, manage student groups and conflicts, maintain attendance and incident records, communicate with families and school personnel, ensure licensing and grant compliance, and promote a safe, inclusive youth-development environment. The role operates during the academic year and a four-week summer program, with occasional offsite activities.
