Prepare financial statements, manage cash forecasting, coordinate external auditors and tax advisors, support manufacturing operations, and improve internal controls and financial reporting.

Support and optimize SAP systems (FICO) through root-cause analysis, integrations, configuration, and continuous improvement. Partner with stakeholders and global teams for deployments, blueprinting, functional specs, testing, training, and compliance to maintain business continuity and a standardized core solution.

Provides full-cycle HR support including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS and records management, employee relations and investigations, training coordination, internal communications, and unemployment/employment verifications. Supports policy development, engagement programs, and HR projects; escalates complex issues to senior HR staff.
