Entry-level management trainee to learn receiving, inventory, shipping, truck logistics, order fulfillment, sales, and customer service. Assist daily operations, support inventory and stock replenishment, collaborate with teams, engage customers, and promote teamwork and communication to drive continuous improvement.

Provide counter and specialty sales support to walk-in customers and contractors: create tickets, accept payments, process returns, place special orders with vendors, coordinate with receiving/shipping and outside sales, and learn products and operations. Full-time, in-person role (7:00am–5:00pm, M–F) in a local, family-owned lumber business.
