Owns integrated business planning, service performance, risk mitigation, supply readiness, and cross-functional execution. Partners with sales, supply planning, procurement, transportation, finance, marketing, R&D, manufacturing, retailers, and legal teams to improve fill rates, optimize costs, resolve operational issues, and support business growth.

Leads development, scale-up, qualification, validation, and commissioning of food and beverage processes and equipment. Improves yields, throughput, utilities, process control, and production performance through engineering analysis and experimentation. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, vendors, and manufacturing facilities; develops process standards and specifications; troubleshoots production issues; communicates results; and provides technical leadership for innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide legal counsel supporting litigation, commercial contracts, IP prosecution and registration, claims and dispute management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional business advising. Lead commercialization and supply readiness for Foods & Beverage portfolio by coordinating cross-functional teams across Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Procurement, and Customer Operations. Manage launches, promotions, portfolio changes, capacity planning, S&OP/IBP inputs, scenario analysis, and network/contract manufacturing coordination. Use ERP/planning systems and analytics to inform decisions, track readiness, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement and governance.

Own and administer plant learning systems and content (Mpower LMS), develop curriculum and courses, run train‑the‑trainer and onboarding programs, coordinate training schedules, evaluate training effectiveness, partner with cross‑functional teams and external vendors, and act as site champion for training initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
