Support Commercial US Finance as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and R&D. Deliver financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, AOP/LRP preparation, IBP support, P&L insights, pricing/promotion analysis, and lead projects to improve profitability and forecast accuracy.

Provide technical leadership for prototyping, MLOps, model lifecycle, and integration with enterprise systems (SAP, Workday, Azure, Microsoft Copilot). Manage a small AI team, drive cross-functional adoption, change management, and executive communications to deliver measurable business value.

Lead state and local sales and use tax compliance, reporting, audit defense, and planning. Manage property and real estate tax activities, FBAR/1042 compliance, R&D credit support, cost allocation, and cross-functional data collection. Work with external consultants and support federal and state tax filings and audits.

Manage receiving, operations planning, distribution, transportation and budgets for assigned facilities. Review master production plans, align with corporate supply chain, oversee 3PLs, drive continuous improvement and FSQA programs, develop supply chain teams, and support operational excellence and change management.

Support Talent Acquisition by scheduling and coordinating interviews, screening resumes, managing onboarding, vendor and invoice administration, overseeing temporary staffing and intern recruitment, maintaining recruiting calendars and candidate communications, participating in employer branding, and completing ad-hoc TA projects to ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

Use workforce, assessment, and survey data to produce dashboards, run descriptive and predictive analyses, evaluate assessment fairness and effectiveness, and partner with HR stakeholders to translate insights into data‑driven talent decisions and training materials.
