Monitor state and federal legislation, assess business impact, develop advocacy strategies, manage Ocean Spray Political Action Committee (OSPAC) including FEC compliance and filings, track funding opportunities, and support federal and global policy work with research, tracking, and presentation materials.

Ensure scalability, resiliency, SLA adherence, and alignment with enterprise architecture while driving performance and continuous improvement.

Configure planning systems and develop master production schedules and inventory plans. Manage inventories and distribution center supply, optimize deployment strategies, maintain WMS/RedPrairie, lead inventory processes and supervise planning support roles to meet production and cost objectives.

Support Commercial US Finance as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and R&D. Deliver financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, AOP/LRP preparation, IBP support, P&L insights, pricing/promotion analysis, and lead projects to improve profitability and forecast accuracy.

Lead a package engineering team to design, test, and implement primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging for CPG products. Drive packaging strategy, sustainability, supplier partnerships, regulatory compliance, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver cost-effective, consumer-focused packaging solutions.

Administer and manage plant training systems, develop curriculum and materials with SMEs, deliver classroom and on-the-job training, maintain training records and calendar, track participation and program effectiveness, and manage training budget.
