Manage full-cycle accounting for small-to-mid-size clients including payroll and month-end close; deliver financial reporting and insights; build KPIs and dashboards (Syft); support QuickBooks Online and integrated cloud apps; improve processes, workflows, and internal controls; assist with budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting; and supervise staff and interns.

Oversee audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion; supervise and develop staff; maintain client relationships; ensure GAAP/GAAS compliance and firm quality standards; identify value-add opportunities and participate in firm initiatives.

Prepare and review individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns; assist with tax planning and projections; collaborate on advisory engagements; build client relationships and mentor junior staff.
