Support and enhance SAP-based enterprise systems by analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting issues, assisting with configuration, testing, reporting, migrations, and upgrades. The role supports data validation, UAT, documentation, end-user training, and post-go-live stabilization while partnering with stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to improve manufacturing and business processes.

Serve as primary customer contact for orders, ensure contract fulfillment, coordinate with production and engineering, manage documentation, change orders, payments, and customer visits, and represent WEG at client meetings and presentations.
