Monitor and control CAM production and supporting utility and environmental systems through DCS/SCADA. Analyze process parameters, quality, safety, consumption, and performance; troubleshoot deviations; conduct root cause analysis; implement corrective actions; and support continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and statistical methods. Work rotating shifts in a 24/7 plant environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hands-on Automation Engineer responsible for PLC/DCS programming and troubleshooting (Siemens PCS7, S7-1200/1500), field diagnostics and VFD/PID tuning, industrial communications (Profinet, Modbus, OPC UA), system interfacing, vendor scoping/reviews, FAT/SAT execution, and commissioning/handover while working on the shop floor during installation and ramp-up.
