Manage front-office operations for Normandie Village including billing, client admissions/discharges, records/chart management (HIPAA disclosures), staff scheduling and supervision, meeting minutes, petty cash/accounts payable coordination, training/orientation, and administrative support to Program Director. Provides on-call emergency coverage and handles equipment/service coordination.

Lead and manage accounting operations, drive month/quarter/year-end close, ensure general ledger integrity and GAAP compliance, supervise staff, support audits, and improve processes and controls within a healthcare/nonprofit environment.
