Provide technical claims advice and manage a client portfolio through the full claims lifecycle. Liaise with insurers and third parties, interpret policy coverage, shape claims strategy, produce client reports and insights, analyse claims data, support dispute resolution, train team members, and drive process and reporting improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
