Provide senior operational support for M&A insurance transactions from initiation to premium settlement. Own preparation, review and management of complex documentation; act as operational contact for clients, brokers, underwriters and internal teams; maintain accurate records and repositories; support compliance, invoicing, payments, and post-completion deliverables; assist with due diligence and mentor junior colleagues.

Support facultative reinsurance brokers by preparing pre/post-placement and submission materials, tracking quotes and authorizations, building client presentations, reviewing datasets and contracts, quantifying reinsurance impacts, researching market trends, and working independently or collaboratively on client-related tasks.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to North America business leaders, aligning people strategy with business goals. Investigate issues, define technical requirements and specifications, and work with developers to build, test and release enhancements to the WebRater application. Analyse integrations, data flows and platform performance, troubleshoot defects, and support delivery while upskilling other BAs on technical approaches.
