Lead product strategy and delivery for personal lines underwriting and rating platforms. Define roadmap, elicit and document requirements, prioritize backlog, support Agile/SAFe delivery, collaborate with stakeholders and engineering, validate solutions via UAT, and drive process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma.

Develop and maintain Android-first telematics mobile apps that record background journeys, capture sensors and BLE beacons, assemble trips, handle permissions, upload telemetry reliably, build customer-facing UI, and support release engineering and diagnostics.

The role also includes developing propositions and campaigns, organizing conferences, building knowledge-sharing resources, creating training hubs, and promoting best practices across global teams.

Maintain general ledger, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month-end close and financial reporting, ensure GAAP compliance, oversee billing/revenue/collections, support insurance accounting, assist audits, analyze financial data, recommend process improvements, and mentor junior accounting staff.

Manage underwriting operations for delegated authority lines, ensuring binder governance, compliance with FCA and internal controls, bordereaux accuracy, finance reconciliation, claims disbursement, and system change management. Coordinate across underwriting, finance, compliance, technology, capacity providers and coverholders to drive process improvements and timely resolution of queries.

Provide broking and administrative support to Client Service and Operations teams: manage renewals, post-renewal actions, mid-term adjustments, claims reporting, aged debt and client money processes, premium finance setup, prospecting data maintenance, regulatory data input, data quality, and IT/system testing support. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide business analysis across business and technology projects: requirements engineering, process modelling, data analysis, backlog management, stakeholder facilitation, UAT/test scripting, vendor selection support, system configuration, and handover to BAU teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and improved operational efficiency.
