Support day-to-day supply chain operations including purchasing, production planning, inventory control, supplier coordination, and ERP/MRP data entry. Maintain inventory accuracy, perform inventory counts, process shipping/receiving documents, assist vendor performance reviews, and support continuous improvement and cost-control initiatives in a food manufacturing environment.
