Own supply-chain accounting and reporting for inventory and COGS, partner with purchasing, sales, and operations, perform variance analysis, support audits, maintain internal controls, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.

Support Canadian sales by processing and validating orders, preparing quotes, resolving order issues, coordinating with Sales/Finance/Operations, maintaining reports and backlog tracking, assisting with installations and events, and providing bilingual (English/French) customer and sales support.

Provide on-site installation, configuration, networking, training, and support for ophthalmic imaging devices. Deliver clinical training to physicians and staff, assist IT integration, support demos and trade shows, maintain documentation, and coordinate heavy travel for customer-facing deployments.

Sell and promote Topcon ophthalmic imaging equipment across Quebec, meet sales targets, demonstrate products, prepare proposals, close deals, provide basic installation and training, collaborate with clinical and service teams, attend trade shows, and travel frequently within the territory.
