Lead and manage the engineering department for boat product development from concept to production. Oversee CAD and 3D design, BOMs, ECNs, model year changes, supplier coordination, CNC nesting, tooling, NMMA/ABYC compliance, documentation, and production support to improve manufacturability, cost, quality, and safety.
