Coordinate day-to-day equipment checkout operations for the library: purchasing, maintenance, inventory audits, promotion, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure functional, available productivity equipment and excellent customer service. Manage grant administration, budgets, compliance, reporting, project planning, communications, events, and supervision of student staff while collaborating with faculty and external partners to achieve program goals.

Lead platform strategy for BYUtv and BYUradio across apps and websites; mentor managers in Product, Programming, and Customer Engagement; use analytics and audience insights to inform scheduling, discoverability, and campaigns; collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Technology to drive personalization, cross-platform storytelling, and audience growth and retention.

Lead and manage the College of Engineering's computing operations, staff, budget, and technology strategy. Oversee servers, desktops, storage, networking, lab policies, vendor relationships, and support services for faculty, staff, and students. Coordinate with campus OIT, expand research computing support, and serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.

Provide real-time captioning and vicarious speech for students, faculty, staff, and guests. Attend classes, meetings, and events to transcribe live and prerecorded materials; deliver speech-to-text and text-to-speech services; ensure seating, lighting, and audio enable clear communication; mediate cross-cultural communication; maintain and care for university-provided equipment and software.

Manage and report all financial activity for BYU Aspen Grove, Timp Lodge, and Spring Haven. Oversee a multi-million-dollar budget, forecasting, cash flow analysis, accounting operations, payment processing, and financial close. Provide Workday administration, supervise Store and Arts & Crafts operations (POS, inventory, card processing), staff oversight, hiring, and training support.
