Provides hands-on experience across human resources functions, including talent acquisition, compliance, compensation and job architecture, HRIS and data management, employee relations, policy administration, and onboarding. Duties include revising job descriptions, researching compensation benchmarks, supporting HCM data integrity, maintaining HR policies and procedures, and assisting with new hire orientation. This is a part-time internship scheduled for 15–20 hours weekly, primarily at the Eagan office with possible remote flexibility after training.

Build and cultivate relationships with donors, prospects, foundations, sponsors, and community partners to secure and steward annual, major, planned, legacy, and complex gifts. Manage donor portfolios and database information, collaborate on recognition and fundraising strategies, support events, and serve as an organizational ambassador across internal and external stakeholders.

Supports the Development team through donor prospect research, donor profile creation, database maintenance, and data quality tasks. The intern researches and distills information into potential donor profiles, maintains accurate donor and constituent records, follows established data processes, and handles confidential information with discretion. The position is part-time, approximately 20 hours weekly, with required in-office days and remaining hours available on a hybrid basis.
