Translate requirements into scalable solutions, provide hands-on development and troubleshooting, validate technical work, support production incident resolution, ensure governance and documentation, and drive modernization and reliability improvements.

Lead and develop a technical team delivering and supporting enterprise applications for guest-facing, logistics, casino, and port operations. Lead pod-level product delivery: own and maintain backlogs, translate initiatives into detailed PBIs with acceptance criteria, validate releases, coordinate stakeholders and cross-functional teams, support enterprise programs, manage enhancements, monitor capacity and budget impacts, document in approved tools, and drive AI/automation to improve productivity.

Design, build, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines and ETL into data warehouses (Snowflake/AWS). Ensure data quality, security, and performance; optimize storage and retrieval; automate tasks with Python/Bash; monitor/troubleshoot pipelines; mentor junior engineers; evaluate new technologies and support legacy systems.
