Lead and develop a corporate talent acquisition team to deliver full-cycle recruitment across entry to executive levels. Lead technical design, development oversight, and delivery of enterprise applications and integrations. Translate requirements into scalable solutions, provide hands-on development and troubleshooting, validate technical work, support production incident resolution, ensure governance and documentation, and drive modernization and reliability improvements.

Lead and develop a technical team delivering and supporting enterprise applications for guest-facing, logistics, casino, and port operations. Oversee design, integrations, cloud/hybrid deployments, vendor relationships, governance, incident management, and continuous improvement to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable systems aligned to business priorities.

Own and deliver shipboard HR and payroll applications (Workday, MAPS): define roadmap, manage enhancements and integrations, ensure secure compliant operations, lead teams and vendors, drive automation, governance, and change management to improve HR processes and payroll accuracy.

Provide finance support to leadership and business units by building and maintaining financial models, preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, supporting month-end close (journal entries, accruals), investigating discrepancies, preparing presentations, and collaborating across departments to drive cost understanding and decision-making.

Lead a data engineering team to develop and maintain data warehousing solutions, manage legacy integrations, guide architecture and vendor partners, deliver projects using Agile, monitor data quality and platform health, and engage stakeholders to align technical work with business needs.

Lead pod-level product delivery: own and maintain backlogs, translate initiatives into detailed PBIs with acceptance criteria, validate releases, coordinate stakeholders and cross-functional teams, support enterprise programs, manage enhancements, monitor capacity and budget impacts, document in approved tools, and drive AI/automation to improve productivity.
