Sell Norwegian Cruise Line products to consumers via phone and leads; build and maintain customer relationships; meet sales and retention goals; maintain prospect database; participate in team meetings and mass-email campaigns; learn product features, pricing, promotions and ancillary offerings; perform other assigned duties.

Promote and sell Norwegian Cruise Line products by calling leads and prospects, building customer relationships, maintaining prospect/contact databases, recommending itineraries and promotions, meeting sales quotas, and participating in team training and email campaigns.

Manage and support newbuild ship structure, marine systems, and onboard safety activities. Oversee plan approval, review technical specifications and drawings, track open items, coordinate with shipyards, vendors and vessel operations, attend tests and sea trials, and support successful vessel delivery.

Lead the Newbuild PMO operations, maintain governance, drive process improvements, manage knowledge systems, develop BI dashboards and KPIs, support risk reporting, and enable data-driven decision-making across vessel design, construction, and related capital projects.

Support design, build, and execution of multi-year strategic initiatives and partnerships. Draft execution plans, align cross-functional stakeholders, mitigate risks, produce executive and board-level materials, coordinate with partners and consultants, and optimize long-term project performance.

Support design, review, and execution of naval architecture scope for newbuilds, revitalizations, dry docks and capital projects. Review drawings, stability and weight documentation, coordinate with shipyards, class societies and stakeholders, analyze design changes, support construction follow-up, trials and delivery, and drive technical decision-making and documentation throughout project lifecycle.

Manage and coordinate port operations across assigned European ports, acting as primary liaison with port agents, terminals, authorities, and vendors. Ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective vessel calls, oversee vendor performance, support itinerary execution and contingency planning, manage budgets and invoices, and drive operational improvements and stakeholder relationships to optimize guest experience and operational readiness.
