Guides project managers and workstream leads through influence, enforces delivery standards, and coordinates engineering, architecture, security, data, QA, business, and change-management teams across multiple cruise brands.

Leads NCL’s CRM and guest communication strategy across email, push notifications, SMS, and direct mail. Builds and manages the CRM team, oversees budgets and marketing automation platforms, advances segmentation and personalization, and coordinates lifecycle communications across promotional, transactional, and win-back journeys. Partners with marketing, product, loyalty, technology, legal, and compliance teams while analyzing performance and optimizing communications to improve engagement, retention, repeat business, and guest lifetime value.

Leads database engineering across SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL environments running in AWS and shipboard systems. Owns availability, disaster recovery, performance, security, patching, monitoring, lifecycle management, change governance, licensing, and technical roadmaps. Manages internal engineers and managed-service partners, provides incident escalation and technical mentorship, and partners with security, application, infrastructure, procurement, and vendors to ensure resilient, compliant, cost-effective database operations.

Manage paid media and SEO operations across domestic and international markets. Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, approvals, trafficking, tagging, quality control, optimization, reporting, and dashboards. Own the SEO blog development process from briefing through publication and optimization. Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners while improving marketing workflows and supporting integrated digital initiatives.
