Manage recruitment territory for Texas and Southern Louisiana, build relationships with counselors, alumni, and families, design year-round engagement strategies, read and evaluate applications, counsel students through admission and financial aid, manage a recruitment budget, provide market analysis, collaborate with campus partners, and travel extensively for events and outreach.

Lead employer engagement to expand internships and full-time opportunities for students. Manage employer portfolios, plan and execute recruiting events, coordinate outreach and career treks, use labor market data to inform strategy, maintain Handshake communications, and collaborate with campus stakeholders to align employer relations with institutional priorities.

Provide administrative and technical support to the President's Office: manage calendar and scheduling, compose and proof communications, support board meetings and campus events, coordinate travel and purchasing, assist with searches, and provide phone/computer/telecom technical support. Serve as front-line contact, maintain databases and office files, and collaborate with campus departments for event coordination.
