Support administration of federal, state, and institutional financial aid: manage student caseloads, prepare awards and adjustments, reconcile state grants, certify loans, conduct SAP reviews and appeals, disburse aid, perform exit interviews, and participate in recruitment events.

Lead and manage human resources functions for ~200 employees, ensuring compliance with employment laws, administering benefits, overseeing HRIS, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, workers' compensation, and staff development. Provide policy development, vendor management, investigations, and event coordination while mentoring HR team members.

Provide advising and registrar support: manage accommodation files, oversee proctored testing, assist transfer students with registration, track reporting data, contact inactive students, support digitization and record-retention projects, and maintain confidential communications with faculty and students.
