Support Senior Controller and Director of Accounting to maintain internal controls, manage month-end close, oversee payroll/accounts payable backups, assist with government grants/contracts and claims, coordinate audits and tax filings (Form 990/1099), manage cash, property rental portfolio, insurance and retirement plans, and supervise accounting staff and vendors.

Manage and supervise Placement Services staff to meet contractual placement goals. Oversee employer partnerships, day-to-day operations, onboarding/training, data collection, reporting, and participant job readiness and retention supports. Represent the program externally and ensure compliance, quality assurance, and data-driven improvements.

Manage design, implementation, and operations of internship programs (Bloomberg Fellowship, NBC Apprenticeship, Transitional Work). Build employer and community partnerships, supervise staff, oversee recruitment, training, performance tracking, events, and compliance; report outcomes and improve program quality.

Provide administrative support to the Senior Director and Employment Services team: schedule meetings, take minutes, manage correspondence and filing, coordinate logistics, maintain supplies and inventory, process invoices and check requests in SharePoint, support audits, coordinate travel and trainings, and assist with reports and office operations.

Support HR programs and Learning & Development by coordinating new hire orientation, scheduling trainings, maintaining HRIS and employee records, tracking performance evaluations, producing reports, and providing frontline employee support.

Lead and oversee case management and clinical staff for permanent supportive congregate housing; develop operational systems, ensure documentation quality, coordinate referrals and external partnerships, supervise and coach staff, support continuous program improvement, present outcomes to stakeholders, and provide 24/7 on-call emergency support.
