Works with industrial customers to assess equipment issues, repair needs, and custom manufacturing requirements. Develops practical solutions with engineering, machining, fabrication, and field service teams; reviews drawings; prepares material, labor, machining, and fabrication estimates; manages customer relationships and sales-to-production handoffs; and identifies repeat or expanded business opportunities. The role requires time in shops, plants, and customer locations, with remote or hybrid flexibility.
