Provide IT/IS support and coordinate agency technology services, manage and train staff on the CaseWorthy database, administer SharePoint/Teams and O365 apps, install and configure hardware/software (including VoIP and wireless), troubleshoot network and computer issues, and assist the IT Manager with deployments and third-party vendor resolution.

Coordinate full grant lifecycle and fundraising efforts: research funding, write proposals, manage compliance and reporting, support donor stewardship, and co-lead events and campaigns to secure funding and partnerships.
