Develops employer, industry, workforce, education, and community partnerships to expand employment, apprenticeship, training, and work-based learning opportunities. Conducts business outreach, builds employer pipelines, coordinates hiring and work-based learning activities, supports apprenticeship development, and provides training and technical assistance to workforce partners. Maintains engagement records, tracks outcomes, prepares reports, ensures compliance, and represents OIC in workforce and community settings. Substantial regional travel is required.

Coordinate full grant lifecycle and fundraising efforts: research funding, write proposals, manage compliance and reporting, support donor stewardship, and co-lead events and campaigns to secure funding and partnerships.
