Manages supportive housing site operations, including supervising and scheduling front desk clerks, training staff, enforcing policies, supporting resident certifications and records, collecting rent, processing notices, tracking maintenance, conducting inspections, responding to incidents and emergencies, and maintaining relationships with residents, vendors, agencies, and community partners.

Manage full-cycle biweekly payroll and payroll systems (Paylocity); administer employee health and welfare benefits, coordinate open enrollment, reconcile invoices, prepare mandated reports, support audits and HRIS data transitions, and serve as primary contact for insurance brokers and internal stakeholders.
