Manage assigned Minnesota/North Dakota territory to drive new construction, renovation, and existing-facility sales. Build relationships with district administrators, architects, contractors; manage opportunities in CRM, present solutions and AIA courses, execute territory business plans, and coordinate internal teams to close sales.

Lead project engineering for custom products from planning through completion. Create and review mechanical and architectural drawings, perform 3D modeling and calculations, develop BOMs, collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, and Installation, and resolve complex technical issues to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Supervise daily procurement operations, lead and train procurement staff, manage supplier selection and performance, support cost-reduction and negotiations, oversee purchase order accuracy and compliance, collaborate with operations/engineering/finance, monitor inventory and supply continuity, and implement process improvements and procurement reporting.

Lead accounting professional overseeing all accounting functions for a manufacturing company: period close, inventory valuation, fixed assets, product costing, budgeting/forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, audits, cash forecasting, team development, process improvements, and GAAP/international accounting guidance.
