Support and execute end-to-end logistics for frequent events and convenings, manage RSVPs and vendor relationships, provide onsite event support, and maintain event systems. Assist with accounts payable, invoice entry, vendor setup, grants/contracts trackers, facilities, supplies, scheduling, briefing materials, and internal systems (CRM, knowledge management). Serve as an organized, people-facing operational support across two DC offices.

Lead APV's congressional engagement by building senior Hill relationships, shaping bipartisan strategy, representing the organization in high-level meetings, advising leadership on legislative dynamics, coordinating coalition and partner outreach, and identifying bipartisan collaboration opportunities to advance APV's mission.
