Oversee internal and external financial reporting, including SEC filings, disclosures, accounting research, and GAAP implementation. Lead internal control monitoring under SOX or FDICIA, coordinate audit support, interpret regulatory updates, advise leadership on technical accounting, and collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Risk Management to ensure accurate, compliant reporting.

Perform AML/BSA compliance monitoring and investigations: review CIP/CTR/SAR filings, OFAC and ACH hits, complete FinCEN and e‑filing tasks, support audits and branch inquiries, and ensure regulatory adherence.

Develop and retain cash/treasury management business by prospecting, managing full sales cycle, analyzing client needs, preparing proposals/RFPs, coordinating implementation and training, and supporting relationship managers and digital banking teams.
