Lead visual direction and creative production across campaigns and channels. Develop brand guidelines, concept and execute integrated campaigns, oversee video/photo/social/email/SMS content production, manage workflows, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure on-time delivery while building culturally relevant brand creative.

Lead development and management of year-round, mission-driven programming at The Legacy, including agriculture education, youth leadership, Western heritage experiences, community engagement, partnerships, and revenue-generating events. Oversee event logistics, scholarship development, cross-department collaboration, and outreach while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and financial sustainability. Requires in-person availability for variable hours and intensive on-site presence during the Stock Show.
