Serve as chief legal officer providing strategic legal advice to the CEO, executive team, and Board. Oversee regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation, employment law, international trade, transportation and final-mile logistics legal matters. Lead legal team, manage outside counsel, set governance and compliance programs, and support M&A and commercial initiatives.

Support daily depot operations by coordinating drivers and pickups, dispatching, maintaining route sheets and records, handling clerical duties, reporting, onboarding assistance, and communicating with drivers, contractors, customers, and operations managers to ensure timely parcel delivery and pickups.
