Manage a diverse insurance-defense caseload from inception through resolution. Perform legal research, draft pleadings and briefs, represent clients at court, arbitrations, and depositions, handle discovery, retain experts, prepare for trial, and collaborate with partners and clients while meeting a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.
