Sell Class Produce Group products to new and existing customers through field visits and relationship-building. Manage orders, submit accurate documentation, track activity and competitive data, meet sales goals using consultative techniques, and resolve customer issues. Split work between office and client sites with regular regional travel.

Lead and manage the produce sales team to drive revenue growth, set and execute sales strategy, develop customer relationships, pursue new opportunities, monitor performance and competition, resolve customer issues, and coordinate cross-functionally while reporting activity and results.

Provide clerical HR support including auditing employee records, tracking attendance and disciplinary actions, running MVRs, maintaining DOT drug testing rosters, processing verifications, creating ID badges and newsletters, conducting exit interviews, assisting with orientation and employee relations, and supporting administrative tasks and HR platforms like Paylocity.
