Build controls, manage a team, drive automation and systems integration, collaborate cross-functionally, and support audits and regulatory compliance to ensure accurate transaction and ledger integrity.

Lead design and execution of enterprise risk and compliance frameworks for a pan-African PSP, covering AML/CTF, payment risk, fraud prevention, information security (ISO27001), regulatory engagement, transaction monitoring, audits, and board reporting. Build and lead a second-line risk and compliance team, embed controls across product and operations, and ensure regulatory reporting and remediation.
