Process high volume vendor invoices, perform 3-way matching, code invoices to G/L, verify PO/contract compliance, reconcile vendor discrepancies, maintain vendor records and documentation, prepare A/P reports, and process weekly check and credit card payments to ensure accurate, timely vendor payments.

Prepare monthly and quarterly GAAP-compliant financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analyses; maintain general ledger and tenant ledgers; manage accounts payable and cash disbursements; perform bank reconciliations; collaborate with property management; manage reporting calendar and other accounting tasks as assigned.

Manage month-end close for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, performing bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, depreciation, financial statement preparation, 1099 filings, audit support, variance analysis, and mentoring junior staff while collaborating with property management and corporate teams.
