Manages pharmacy-services partner relationships, onboarding, retention, support, issue resolution, audits, executive reviews, and community engagement. The role requires account management experience, strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and travel up to 75% including overnight and out-of-state travel.
