Own a portfolio of small and medium accounts in the Western territory to grow pipeline and bookings. Manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce and Salesloft, build territory growth plans, secure design-ins and new logos, maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, partner with internal teams to resolve issues, and mentor Inside Sales on discovery and cross-selling.

Design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled workflow automations across QA and adjacent functions. Identify automation opportunities, integrate AI services with internal systems, develop prompt frameworks and validation, establish testing/monitoring, measure KPIs, and document operating procedures and governance for production use.

Lead development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, yield, and throughput. Troubleshoot production, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, support new product introductions, qualify equipment/materials, analyze process capability and data, and drive standardization using Lean/Six Sigma/SPC in a high-reliability manufacturing environment.

Proactively generate and manage sales pipeline across EMEA for electronic component product lines. Qualify leads, drive opportunities from first touch through quote and closure, maintain CRM pipeline accuracy, re-engage dormant accounts, support product launches and channel partners, and promote value-added services to meet revenue targets.
