Greet members and prospects, provide excellent customer service, sell and manage memberships using Daxko Operations, register participants for programs, conduct engagement tours, and support retention through program knowledge and community outreach. Attend trainings and perform additional assigned duties.

Provide front-desk membership sales and customer service: greet members, process registrations, give facility tours, train new reps, support membership initiatives, assist Membership Director with scheduling, outreach, and events, and cover shifts as needed.

Manage and grow YMCA sports programs across Buncombe County: plan schedules, run practices and games, hire/train volunteer coaches and staff, maintain equipment and facilities, track KPIs, ensure safety and emergency preparedness, and support member engagement and fundraising efforts.
