Serve as the front-line GTM systems owner supporting 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery, and Finance. Triage and resolve Salesforce and connected-tool issues, manage access and enhancements, execute sprint-based projects, run data governance, and identify automation, documentation, and training opportunities to improve GTM workflows.
