Manage and grow key customer accounts for a John Deere dealership by building relationships, identifying needs, proposing solutions (equipment, parts, services, financing), coordinating demonstrations and dealer resources, meeting sales targets, maintaining CRM records, and staying current on products and industry trends.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support across multiple locations: troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP phones, mobile devices, LAN/WAN connectivity, and business applications; install and configure hardware/software; respond to tickets, support machine-down situations, perform system monitoring, maintain inventory, travel to remote sites, and train users.

Provide equipment management advice and product support sales to assigned territories: research parts, perform undercarriage inspections, maintain customer relationships, grow product support business, and collaborate with territory sales reps to increase parts, labor, and equipment sales.
